This is an old video, but we've been so slow on posting. Lucy is now gabbing away and runs around in this walker so fast it's hard to keep up with.
Updates:
LUCY (8 months)-
Lucy is starting to stand up on her own
She talks non-stop and likes to imitate sounds. This last sunday, I had to hold her out in the hallway for a good hour, because she was so loud.
She has been saying mama and dada for about two months now
She is still super happy, and seems to have a glue-on smile
She is extremely squirmy now
She LOVED christmas, It was wrapping paper-heaven. SHe was bouncing and giggling and wanting to play with every gift unwrapped.


ALLISON-
Allison continues to both delight and challenge me.
We have fun, life is a musical. (Meaning that she randomly burst into song and dancing when telling me what is on her mind)
She loves to read, and is improving with her math.

Out of the mouth of Alli:
I taught allison what temptation means today. Later I asked her to take a glass of soda to Jed in our bedroom (he wasn't feeling well). She did just what I asked and when she returned to the kitchen she exclaimed that she was tempted to drink it, but resisted temptation. hmm.

Allison has learned that she is not always picked to answer a question when she raises her hand in primary. This is not a problem, because she just waits until she gets another chance to raise her hand to answer the previous question. For example.
Leader: "What does Christmas mean to you?"

Leader asks another question: "Why did Joseph and Mary go to Bethlehem?"
Alli raises her hand, and leader chooses her to answer suprised that a sunbeam knows the answer
Alli : "Christmas means to me...."
This is not a one time deal. It happens every week. I think the sharing time teacher has learned to pick alli everytime, to save time.
